Disputes Review Board (DRB) Member Selection – Construction
In November 2012, CSR partner, Frank Carr, was selected as a DRB Member for the Orange Blue Line Rehabilitation Project from Stadium Armory (Washington D.C.) to National Airport (Northern Virginia) by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (Owner) and Clark Construction Group (Contractor).  The project is for the construction of electrical upgrades and other rehabilitation work at stations along the rail line.

Partnering Workshop Facilitation – Frostburg University, Maryland
In January 2013, CSR partner, Frank Carr, facilitated the partnering workshop between the University of Maryland Capital Area Projects’ office (Owner), Gilbane Construction Inc (Contractor), and Frostburg University (User) for the construction of the “Center for Communications and Information Technology” at Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland.

Partnering Workshop Facilitation – City of Tarpon Springs, Florida
In January 2013, CSR partner, Frank Carr, facilitated the partnering workshop between the Army Corps of Engineers (Owner), Nelson Construction (Contractor), and The City of Tarpon Springs (User) for the Whitcomb and Kreamer Bayou Revetment Project in Pinellas County, Florida.

Nepal Briefing – La Jolla, California
CSR partner, Frank Carr, was invited by the Bishop’s School in La Jolla, California to make a presentation on the mediation work CSR (Frank Carr and Bob Randolph) performed in Nepal from 2005-2007 for the USAID Rule of Law project, link here, and provide a current assessment of the political and diversity environment within Nepal.
