CSR’s Bob Randolph has been award a contract (BPA) by the State Department to design and facilitate a course to be given at the Foreign Service Institute on “Protecting Civilians and Preventing Mass Atrocities”. Bob will be working collegially on course design and delivery with Professor Anthony Wanis-St. John, Professor of Peace Studies at American University, and Jim Kunder, former acting Deputy Administrator of USAID.
