CSR Conducted Mediation Workshops in Myanmar in August, 2017
CSR’s Bob Randolph, along with former partner, Pete Swanson, conducted mediation and communications workshops in Myanmar (“Burma”) in August, 2017, for the Myanmar Consumer Protection Agency where they trained complaint processing personnel in the art of resolving consumer complaints.
