World Bank Awards Dispute Resolution Contract to CSR
CSR has been awarded a contract by the World Bank to assess the strengths and weaknesses of existing grievance and dispute resolution mechanisms in Ethiopia in both the formal and informal sectors and, should those mechanisms be found deficient, make recommendations for improving existing mechanisms or creating new mechanisms which comport with international best practices.
