The program covered drafting “modern” arbitration laws, drafting investment treaties and contracts, and the arbitration/mediation of investment disputes before ICSID. The seminar received high marks from participants, and Randolph and Ball look forward to conducting a follow-on seminar in the fall of 2013.

The course was piloted in May of 2013 and is slated to be offered in international sites in 2014. (May 2013)
