				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In January, 2016, CSR’s Bob Randolph facilitated a partnering workshop for the DC Government and a local contractor, Anchor Construction, to help the partners and stakeholders focus on their relationship, expectations and mutual goals in converting the long-abandoned Klingle Valley Trail in Northwest DC to a recreational multi-use trail. At the end of the facilitated meeting, the parties agreed on a project “Vision”, “Mutual Goals” and a methodology for resolving issues before they matured into claims.</p>
