Leadership Development

Dysfunctional leadership, toxic environments, declining resources, increased demands on employees and the uncertainty of change can lead to disastrous results in and out of the workplace causing high turnover, low morale, and poor productivity. Further, when both the private and public sector are asking their leaders to manage a workforce with fewer resources and greater challenges, the ability of a leader to effectively manage seamless change has never been more necessary. Resiliency and wellness – the ability to remain engaged, energized and motivated– become critical leadership characteristics.

CSR believes that leadership at all management levels is the key variable in determining whether organizations can successfully meet and master the challenges that they will invariably confront as they move forward. Effective leadership training encompasses both the leader’s style in successfully communicating with subordinates and the leader’s ability to connect with that leader’s inner values and principles and the organization’s vision.

Effective leadership is the art of connecting intent and impact to ensure that the leader’s decisions are both intentional and produce positive impacts. Leaders who are not conscious of how their behaviors, attitudes and ways of relating to others impact those they are trying to lead are doomed to failure. They will face greater hurdles than those who are able to call on their emotional intelligence to measure the impact of their actions on others.

CSR provides a holistic approach to leadership development that includes comprehensive leadership education and development programs, executive coaching services, and consulting assistance to leaders and organizations to help develop and enhance mindful, self aware and conscious leadership efforts. The leaders of today and tomorrow must have the skills to influence and positively impact the workplace.
