CSR Culture Change Work in Major Federal Agency

CSR’s Pete Swanson has been asked to facilitate and [provide consultancy services for a large scale culture change effort for the General Counsel’s office of a major federal agency. The effort began with an assessment of the leadership climate in early 2015 followed by a leadership offsite to chart the course forward in the summer of 2015. Efforts are now underway to engage senior executives in 360 assessments, individual and peer coaching efforts, and to begin to move the engagement done to middle management.
