In June, Frank Carr facilitated a partnering workshop for the construction of the Harrisburg Army Reserve Center in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The participating stakeholders included Eagle/ACN JV, ACSIM, 99thRSC, Naval Support Activity, and the Corps of Engineers.
